My Thoughts on Cheeky Curls

I found out about Cheeky Curls from The Clean Curl . I love supporting small businesses and like businesses that have a small product line. Cheeky Curls sells 3 products and that's it. They have their own website and also sell on Etsy . I'll admit that I found their website a bit off-putting at first with badassery, self-confidence, love, and intelligence listed in their shop for free . I suppose it's supposed to be empowering. They say that they were established in 1982, which sounds impressive until you find out that that's when the owner was born. So I guess there are some things that I'm not a fan of, but liked the product descriptions and had heard rave reviews about them, so decided to try them when they had a small business sale. Shea Moisture Coconut & Hibiscus Co-Wash Conditioning Cleanser Review

My hair is about to the middle of my back. I have 2B, low-porosity, protein-sensitive hair. My hair is medium thickness and low density. I'm of European descent and I have dark virgin hair. I have a handful of Shea Moisture hair products and they don't seem to work well on my hair. Some people have said that if you have wavy hair and/or low porosity hair, that you should try co-washing. Since my hair is both wavy and low porosity and I got this for free, I thought I'd give it a show. About Shea Moisture: On my page about Shea Moisture , you can read more about their company and read my product reviews. I have reviewed other companies and their products as well and you can find those on my complete list . I got this for free: One of my friends has a gluten allergy and didn't see that it had wheat when she bought it so she passed it on to me. My Thoughts on ApothecarysGarden (from Etsy)

I'm pretty sure most people have heard of frankincense before, but I really didn't know much about it at all. I found out about ApothecarysGarden from Real Aromatherapy Reviews and More 2.0 on Facebook. Curiosity got the best of me and I started to look at his shop as well as his two websites: Apothecarys Garden and Fair Trade Frankincense . I found out that the owner, Dan Riegler, based out of Canada is one of the world's experts on frankincense, traveling the world to find the best products. Plant Therapy Lil' Stinkers™ KidSafe PJ's Blend Essential Oil Synergy Review

There are some good Facebook groups to buy, sell, and trade non-MLM essential oils. Let me tell you, it's addicting and easy to get carried away. I can't remember if I bought it or traded it for another oil. The thing you have to remember is that while somethings may seem like they're a good deal, you often have to pay for shipping and that can be an extra $3.50 or so. I bought this from one of those groups. About Plant Therapy: On my page about Plant Therapy , you can read more about their company and read my product reviews. I have reviewed other companies and their products as well and you can find those on my complete list . My Thoughts on GoldiLochzShop the Creator of LHDC (Long Hair Don't Care)

I had heard of a cult favorite, LHDC (Long Hair Don't Care) from Etsy for a number of years before actually buying it. Alcides Rodriguez started selling his product out of in Carson City, Nevada in 2014. You can see him on some of Carleen Sanchez's videos . I don't really know what his background is and whether or not he has experience formulating products. Disclaimer: Per FTC regulations, I am disclosing that I use affiliate links. However, knowing what I know now, I'd like to know if this product was ever challenged tested with PET (preservative efficacy testing). Affordable Prices GoldiLochzShop...

120+ Alternative Topical Treatments for Ezcema

The majority of the treatments here are natural / alternative treatments or use ancient traditional medicine, however, there are some regular creams mentioned that are not as natural as what I would like to use, however, desperate times call for desperate measures and I would rather use regular treatments than steroids. I grew up knowing about eczema. My mom has had eczema for years. Years and years. My first daughter had it a bit and it went away with just a few creams. Now my second daughter has it and it's pretty bad. She had a bit in the winter and then around May she got a patch on the back of her knees and it's just spread to the front of her legs, her stomach, her neck, the crooks of her elbows, and her armpits. I look at her and I just want to cry. Summer is when she has flare-ups and I tried just about everything. I'm glad it's winter since that seems to make it go away. I've looked online and talked to people about what can help eczema. We've t...
