I found out about Cheeky Curls from The Clean Curl. I love supporting small businesses and like businesses that have a small product line. Cheeky Curls sells 3 products and that's it. They have their own website and also sell on Etsy.
I'll admit that I found their website a bit off-putting at first with badassery, self-confidence, love, and intelligence listed in their shop for free. I suppose it's supposed to be empowering. They say that they were established in 1982, which sounds impressive until you find out that that's when the owner was born. So I guess there are some things that I'm not a fan of, but liked the product descriptions and had heard rave reviews about them, so decided to try them when they had a small business sale.

Customer Service
I
contacted Gina Naranjo a few times. The first was because the discount code wasn't working for one product and the second was to ask about preservatives. She got back to me quickly both times.
Affordable Prices
The prices are pretty affordable, but if you can get them on sale, that's even better. She included a deluxe sized sample with my order, which I thought was very generous, especially since I had already used a discount code.
Ethics
I haven't found much about ethics other than she creates healthy products that are formulated safely.
