120+ Alternative Topical Treatments for Ezcema

The majority of the treatments here are natural / alternative treatments or use ancient traditional medicine, however, there are some regular creams mentioned that are not as natural as what I would like to use, however, desperate times call for desperate measures and I would rather use regular treatments than steroids. I grew up knowing about eczema. My mom has had eczema for years. Years and years. My first daughter had it a bit and it went away with just a few creams. Now my second daughter has it and it's pretty bad. She had a bit in the winter and then around May she got a patch on the back of her knees and it's just spread to the front of her legs, her stomach, her neck, the crooks of her elbows, and her armpits. I look at her and I just want to cry. Summer is when she has flare-ups and I tried just about everything. I'm glad it's winter since that seems to make it go away. I've looked online and talked to people about what can help eczema. We've t...

NOW Foods Almond Oil Review

Years ago I used to have very long hair and I would oil the ends of my hair and give myself scalp massages with oil every day. About once a week I would do hot oil treatments. Since then, I've learned that oils don't work so well on my hair, however, I still use carrier oils in order to dilute essential oils and to make my own body butter. Make sure to follow proper dilution guidelines for essential oils. Click on the button that says "download dilution chart". I love almond-scented products. I used sweet almond oil on my hair and was disappointed that it didn't smell like marzipan. This oil is just almond oil, however, from what I can tell, it's the same as sweet almond oil, not to be confused with bitter almond oil which is an essential oil. It's thick and sticky. I know that some people actually take a spoonful in order to keep them regular, which kind of grosses me out. However, it has a lot of uses in holistic and alternative medicine, so I figure it should be a staple in my cabinet. Just Hemp Foods Hemp Seed Oil Review

I heard that hemp seed oil was supposed to be a miracle oil that could help with skin troubles and irritations such as acne and eczema. I had started breaking out with cystic acne due to a high stress situation and my daughter had eczema that kept getting worse and worse . There was no hemp seed oil at my local stores, so I went online and found this one. Being a cold pressed oil in a dark bottle bottle that was affordably priced made me buy it without hesitation.
