Life-flo Pure Magnesium Oil Review

I had heard about magnesium oil, but I really didn't know much about it. I figured it would be one of those things that I could research sometime in the future. During my last pregnancy, I would get those painful charley horse muscle spasms and I didn't really know what to do. They were so painful that I'd wake up near tears and my husband really didn't know what to do. This says pure almond oil and not sweet almond oil, but from what I can tell, they...

I had never heard of this company before I was given a spray bottle of magnesium oil while I was pregnant. I was told it was supposed to help with leg cramps. Since I was waking up in the middle of the night with painful cramps, I decided to give it a try. Disclaimer: Per FTC regulations, I am disclosing that I use affiliate links.
