The majority of the treatments here are natural / alternative treatments or use ancient traditional medicine, however, there are some regular creams mentioned that are not as natural as what I would like to use, however, desperate times call for desperate measures and I would rather use regular treatments than steroids. Clay has a variety of uses. I know with clay some people actually eat it and swear by the health benefits. If you want to do that, that's up to you and your medical practitioner, I'm going to stick with pasting it on my face and putting it in the bath. I tried a hair clay mask once and nearly cried.
