Life-flo Pure Magnesium Oil Review

I had heard about magnesium oil, but I really didn't know much about it. I figured it would be one of those things that I could research sometime in the future. During my last pregnancy, I would get those painful charley horse muscle spasms and I didn't really know what to do. They were so painful that I'd wake up near tears and my husband really didn't know what to do. I was told to stretch throughout the day and invariably I would once people reminded me, but then I'd forget again. I had off-handedly mentioned it to a friend and she said, I'll send you some magnesium oil along with the baby clothes. She had tried it and didn't use it, so she thought she'd pass it on. Ok, why not. It would be worth a shot. Some people say that you get charley horses due to low magnesium levels. I had assumed it was going to come in a gel tab form and you were supposed to take it like a vitamin. It came in a spray bottle and it was nearly full. About Life-flo: On my

Life-flo Pure Almond Oil Review

I wanted to try out some new carrier oils. Although I really wanted to try out the more expensive carrier oils, I decided to start with affordable ones and use them for either body butter before buying more expensive oils that I could use on my face. It's also supposed to be good for dry, acne prone skin and that's what I have. I figured I could try to use it for the oil cleaning method as well. Years ago I used to have very long hair and I would oil the ends of my hair and give myself scalp massages with oil every day. About once a week I would do hot oil treatments. Since then, I've learned that oils don't work so well on my hair, however, I still use carrier oils in order to dilute essential oils, for the OTM, and to make my own body butter. Make sure to follow proper dilution guidelines for essential oils. Click on the button that says "download dilution chart". This says pure almond oil and not sweet almond oil, but from what I can tell, they

My Thoughts on Kinky-Curly

If you have read even a little bit about wavy, curly, or coily hair, you have probably heard of Kinky-Curly. A cult favorite, I had seen so many people rave about KCKT (Kinky-Curly Knot Today) and KCCC (Kinky-Curly Curling Custard). I really never even considered buying any of their products for myself and actually ended up buying one first for my daughter. Even though she has thin, straight, European hair, every morning the top part of her hair was just a rat's nest. It would take lots of tears and frustration to get it combed every morning and I was constantly threatening to just cut it all off. So in desperation, I bought the KCKT for her because it was supposed to be amazing. Disclaimer: Per FTC regulations, I am disclosing that I use affiliate links. Forces of Nature Muscle Pain Management Review

My daughter has had a few eczema flare-ups in her life. Luckily, she hasn't had very many, but when she does, all she wants to do is scratch it until it bleeds and that just exaggerates the healing process. I bought the extreme strength wart remover (which they no longer sell, so I didn't review it) from Forces of Nature. I put it on at night. The next night she took a bath and while she was filing at it, it just came off, leaving a crater behind. It was painless and the effectiveness of the products made me want to try more of their products. I bought both their eczema products: the soap and the dropper medicine. They don't sell the soap anymore, so this review will be about the dropper medicine. Thankfully, they have changed the packaging and they give you two options: the old dropper version or the new Euro dropper version. I prefer the newer version and I'll tell you why in the review below. About Forces of Nature: On my page about Forces of Nature , you can rea

My Thoughts on Life-flo

I had never heard of this company before I was given a spray bottle of magnesium oil while I was pregnant. I was told it was supposed to help with leg cramps. Since I was waking up in the middle of the night with painful cramps, I decided to give it a try. Disclaimer: Per FTC regulations, I am disclosing that I use affiliate links. I'm not exactly sure how this works since I have never used their website. Across the menu at the top, underneath Life-flo is Collective Wellbeing. I'm only going to talk about Life-flo in this post, otherwise it's going to get too long and convoluted. image source Life-flo has been around since 19

Plant Therapy Sweet Slumber KidSafe Essential Oil Synergy Blend Review

I knew that I wanted to use essential oils with my kids and Plant Therapy takes the guesswork out of what's safe and what's not safe since they have a KidSafe line. I got this synergy from one of the handful of BST (buy / sell / trade) groups for non-MLM essential oils. Here are some good Facebook groups to buy, sell, and trade non-MLM essential oils. Let me tell you, it's addicting and easy to get carried away. I can't remember if I bought it or traded it for another oil. The thing you have to remember is that while somethings may seem like they're a good deal, you often have to pay for shipping and that can be an extra $3.50 or so. I have reviewed other companies and their products as well and you can find those on my complete list . ***Get $10 off your first order with Plant Therapy by using this link *** YouTube: Watch m

My Thoughts on Forces of Nature

I found out about Forces of Nature through one of my friends. My daughter had a plantar wart and we had tried many remedies and she would scream in pain from some of them and none of them worked. He convinced me to buy their wart removal medicine. I hemmed and hawed for a while because it was expensive and continuing trying home remedies but I finally decided to bite the bullet and buy it. Plant Therapy Love Vanilla Essential Oil Synergy Blend Review

Most of the essential oils I had been buying were safe for kids and I really wanted to expand the oils that I used. I felt limited by only buying oils that could be used around kids. I knew that I could use other oils safely and decided to get a synergy that I could use to add to a body butter, roller ball, or just diffuse when the kids weren't under way.
