My Thoughts on ApothecarysGarden (from Etsy)

I'm pretty sure most people have heard of frankincense before, but I really didn't know much about it at all. I found out about ApothecarysGarden from Real Aromatherapy Reviews and More 2.0 on Facebook. Curiosity got the best of me and I started to look at his shop as well as his two websites:
Apothecarys Garden and Fair Trade Frankincense. I found out that the owner, Dan Riegler, based out of Canada is one of the world's experts on frankincense, traveling the world to find the best products.

Customer Service

I contacted Dan through Etsy because I noticed that one of this products was missing a decimal place. He was very grateful and offered to send me 2oz of that product for free with my next purchase. Having no idea what to purchase and having never purchased frankincense or any of the products he had for sale spurred me to find out more information about what he had to offer.

Affordable Prices

I think, for being the precious materials that he has and him being a world-expert, his products are very fairly priced. I also like that he makes sure they are fair traded products. I like that he has a very limited amount of products for sale and that he himself produces some of them from raw ingredients. I tried to make an oleo extract of frankincense and next time I will save myself the trouble and just buy it ready-made from him.
