Plant Therapy Lil' Stinkers™ KidSafe PJ's Blend Essential Oil Synergy Review

There are some good Facebook groups to buy, sell, and trade non-MLM essential oils. Let me tell you, it's addicting and easy to get carried away. I can't remember if I bought it or traded it for another oil. The thing you have to remember is that while somethings may seem like they're a good deal, you often have to pay for shipping and that can be an extra $3.50 or so. I bought this from one of those groups.

About Plant Therapy: On my page about Plant Therapy, you can read more about their company and read my product reviews. I have reviewed other companies and their products as well and you can find those on my complete list.

Like Edens Garden's OK for Kids, Plant Therapy has a line for kids. This product is a part of this line meant for kids aged 2 and up. You can buy it here. I knew that my daughter would probably like this blend since it is a citrus blend and she loves citrus. My favorite is pink grapefruit and I was happy to see that it was the first ingredient in the blend, so I was hoping that it would be the strongest. Use this link to get $10 off!

Plant Therapy has stuffed animals called Li'l Stinkers with specially formulated blends that are safe for kids. Here's Coco, Otis, and PJ. You can drop some of the oils on their scent pads and stick that inside the stuffed animal's pouch and your kids can cuddle with them. You can buy all three Li'l Stinkers and the set of 3 essential oil blends. People go wild for them. Especially the old Otis blend. It was re-formulated due to the vanilla shortage and now uses Peru Balsam

Smell, Use, and Viscosity

This blend only has four ingredients: grapefruit pink, steam-distilled lemon, bergamot, and tangerine.
  1. I love the smell of one of them: grapefruit pink, which is my all-time favorite single essential oil. I'm glad they specified which grapefruit it is. There are three: ruby red, pink, and white.  It's supposed to help with mental fatigue and moodiness. Topically, it can be helpful with blemishes and oily skin. It can be used as a natural toner.
  2. Steam-distilled lemon. I've never tried steam-distilled lemon. Goodness knows that I have tried a handful of other lemon essential oils. It's known for being cleansing, energizing, and uplifting. Plus, it's my daughter's favorite.
  3. I tolerate bergamot. It's a citrus so I thought I would love it, but it's a bit too spicy and sharp for my taste. It's been said to boost your mind and help you during times of sadness. Topically, it can help with oily skin, and muscle pain and tension.
  4. I've never tried tangerine, but I'm guessing I would like it because it's a citrus. It's said to help clear your mind and relieve your stress. It can boost your immune system and when applied topically, help an upset stomach. .
I'm not sure why they used steam-distilled lemon instead of regular lemon since regular lemon is also KidSafe. It smells very lemony to me. I can't detect much of the grapefruit at all. It's supposed to smell like fruity breakfast cereal. I just smell citrus.

It is pretty thin, but it's not going to run out of the bottle.

Size, Price, and Packaging
I got a 10ml bottle and it is priced pretty fairly. As I mentioned before, I got this from a BST Facebook group, but you can also buy it here. You can use this link to get $10! The packaging is standard. It comes with an orifice reducer or Euro dropper. The oil is thin so it can come out quickly, but the orifice isn't too large that the oil just runs out.

Would I Get This Again?
Yes, I probably would. I don't really like the smell of it, but my daughter does and it's a nice way to wind down the day with a citrus blend.

Safety
The shelf life is about 2-3 years. I keep all mine in the fridge to help extend their shelf life.
