My Thoughts on GoldiLochzShop the Creator of LHDC (Long Hair Don't Care)

I had heard of a cult favorite, LHDC (Long Hair Don't Care) from Etsy for a number of years before actually buying it. Alcides Rodriguez started selling his product out of in Carson City, Nevada in 2014. You can see him on some of Carleen Sanchez's videos. I don't really know what his background is and whether or not he has experience formulating products.

Customer Service

I messaged him about preservatives in his product and he answered my questions very quickly and even provided me with links to back up his claims. However, knowing what I know now, I'd like to know if this product was ever challenged tested with PET (preservative efficacy testing).

Affordable Prices

GoldiLochzShop is an amazing example of a niche product. He sells one item and that's his conditioner. You can buy it as 1 bottle, a set of 2 bottles, or a set of 3 bottles. If you message him, he will also create a listing for you to buy a sample. 1 bottle of 18.5oz is $25, which I thought was pretty expensive, but considering that other conditioners are $2 or $3 more per ounce, this isn't that bad. I've heard that he has Black Friday Sales as well for 25% off.

Ethics

I have no idea about the ethics of the company. It looks like everything is handmade and he says that blood, sweat, and tears have gone into this product.
