I had a few lemons and limes and wanted a citrus that was sweet, so decided to go for an un pretentious orange essential oil. AVAT has two to choose from: US and Italy. The US one was cheaper by a little bit, so I decided to go with that one. I feel somewhat limited by the essential oils that I buy since the majority of the ones that I have are safe for kids. I debated getting some that weren't safe and finally decided to go ahead and buy them. I figured I could either diffuse them at night while I was working on the other side of the house and the kids were sleeping or use them in a body butter.  In order to get free shipping from AVAT, you need to spend $35, so I added a few things that were not safe for kids. Fall and winter are coming and that means colds and flu. I know that different remedies start popping up around now and one of them is oregano oil. Don't confuse this essential oil with oil of oregano, which is already diluted with a carrier oil. I know that some people take this internally. I would not recommend this unless recommended to do so by a certified clinical aromatherapist (MLM sellers usually aren't certified!). I was told that oregano oil is the next best thing since sliced bread and can help kids get over sicknesses quickly. I hemmed and hawed for a while and finally got it.
