My Thoughts on Sherpa Pink Himalayan Salt

This brand is part of the the San Francisco Salt Co. The company has five brands:

• EPSoak
• Sherpa Pink
• Minera Dead Sea Salts
• SF Original Bath Salts
• SF Gourmet Salts

I thought about just writing one post about the San Francisco Salt Co., but thought it would be better to write about each brand in order to be consistent with my other posts. I also bought Sherpa Pink salts without realising they were part of the same company. I figured other people wouldn't know either.

Lee Williamson founded the company in 2002 and since then they have expanded to be the fastest growing salt company in America. With five brands covering bath and spa salts to gourmet sea salt, they've got a large variety to choose from.

The Sherpa Pink Himalayan Salt has a few choices: powder, extra fine, fine grain, and coarse grain. It's very simple. They have different size bags available, but there are only four grains to choose from. As you know, I like companies that have a limited product line. Less choice and I believe that they are able to have better quality control.

Customer Service

I have not had any interactions with their customer service. They do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Great Prices

Very affordable prices for quality products.

Ethics

I haven't found any information about their ethics. As far as I know, salt is not a natural resource that is in danger of running out. It's vegan, so there's that. I don't know if they give back to the community or if they try to use less packaging or anything like that.
