Aura Cacia is kind of new to me. I know that they have quality essential
oils and that they are sold in some health food stores. I found out
that they're part of Frontier,
a member owned co-op that has been around since 1976. They focus on
being responsible to people and the planet and give back to the
community both locally and internationally. They have certified organic
products and don't test on animals.

Below

companies and their products as well and you can find those on my complete list.

Great Customer Service
I personally have no had to deal with their customer service at all, but they said they offer a 100% guarantee within 60 days of purchase. From what I can tell looking at their website, they care about their customers. They offer free shipping if you spend $49. Alternatively, you could buy from Amazon since it's pretty easy to get an order that qualifies for free shipping.
Prices You Can Afford
Their essential oils are surprisingly cheaper than Edens Garden and Plant Therapy. They come in bigger sizes as well. 15 ml is the norm, whereas Edens Garden starts with 5ml and Plant Therapy starts with 10ml. However, I'm not sure if they have a rewards program or offer good sales like the other two companies do. They have more than essential oils. They also have facial care, body care, and accessories. They have sales and discount codes that you can find at the end of this post.
Quality Products
They have a long history of providing quality products. They were formed with people in mind, not profit. Their FAQs is substantial and provides information about their products, being organic, quality, and safety. They have essential oil kits, room sprays, bath salts, bath foam, carrier oils, and more.
Ethical Company
They don't test on animals, which is always a good sign. They give back to the community both locally and internationally.- Rosehip Oil, Organic: read my review.
Sales and Discount Codes
They occasionally offer sales and deals throughout the year. The best
thing to do would be to sign up for their newsletter to find out about
them. I write about all the sales and deals that I know of. Here is the label for all the past sales and deals. You can also find a list at the bottom of this post.
